Why the experiment? Yes, because everything was done by eye (as our grandmothers - all added, then something to fill up), and that was..... Result: the EXPERIMENT was a success!!!!!!! it turned out delicate vanilla biscuits, with light patches of orange zest and a filling of boiled condensed milk!!!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Vanilla

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Orange zest

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    40 g

  • Condensed milk

In warm milk dissolve the yeast,add the sugar and a pinch of salt. Leave it on 10 minutes Then add the egg, vanilla, orange zest, softened margarine and flour. Knead the dough (it should not stick to hands)

Cover with the pastry and put in a warm place for an hour. Forgot the most important thing - the dough DEFINITELY need to vent! After an hour it increased in volume about 2 times.

Take a piece of dough and roll out into a rectangular formation. Smear with condensed milk and wrap roll

Carefully cut from rolls to pieces and put on baking tray.

Cover a baking sheet with foil and give future rolls to rest for another 20 minutes. Then brush them with egg yolk and send in the oven (250град-25 minutes)
