Pour the milk into an enamel or plastic container. The best volume for the specified number of ingredients is 3 liters. In milk, beats eggs, add salt, sugar. Stirring with a mixer, gradually add the flour.

Carefully stir the dough, to avoid flour lumps. Gradually add water, bringing the dough to the desired consistency. If you have a less fatty milk, then water should be less, but, accordingly, will need to reduce the amount of flour.

Then add approx 2 tbsp oil to the dough and stir no longer a mixer, a ladle!
