I love fish and seafood. Share with you one of my favorite recipes. Quick and tasty

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    1 kg

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 cup

  • Ginger

    50 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Ginger root peel and finely cut into strips

Pan strongly heat the oil, put the thawed shrimp and fry, stirring, for a few minutes

Mix soy sauce with honey and lemon juice. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.

Then add the ginger and fry for another 2-3 minutes
