Shrimp in the
Like many here - I love shrimp and I love zucchini. So I tried to combine these two products in a single recipe. Turned country-fast-mini-sandwiches. Try!

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    8 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Toast

    4 piece

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    8 slice

  • Sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

First, make zucchini. Slice 8 thin circles, folded in the pot and there to make a marinade of water, sauce, oil, vinegar and salt. Mix everything and put into the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Slice the toast of any shape as you like, I've got an oval mold for cookies, you can just slice the bread for toast cut into 4 parts.

Lightly grease each slice "Blue Dragon sweet chili sauce" and put in the microwave for 1.5 minutes at full power. (Probably, possible, and Vice versa - at first to dry the bread and then spread but I've not tried). In this step, you need to carefully to make sure that the toast is not burnt!!!

Shrimp defrosted, clean. I had already boiled. If raw, then cook.

Wrap each shrimp in a slice of cheese, as in "diaper-envelope", put a piece of bread, and again in the microwave for 1 minute or less, until the cheese begins to melt.

Zucchini just is marinated, take it out and put them in our grilled shrimp. Decorate. You can eat. You can take with you on nature. All a pleasant appetite!!

R. S. will Assume the toast, the shrimp and zucchini can fry on the grill, but in the absence of the latter - have not tried it... but I think on the grill everything will turn out much tastier!
