  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Potatoes

  • Pork

  • Garlic

  • Spices

Fry pork until Golden brown for 30 minutes in the cauldron.

Chop the carrots into small cubes.

Chop the onion.

To the meat add the carrots and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Add spices to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Slice your potatoes into wedges.

Add the potatoes into the cauldron. Put Bay leaves and garlic, sliced. Simmer for 20 minutes.
