Homemade sausage (chicken)
First time in my life made sausage. Turned out awesome Now it will be a signature dish!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    2 kg

  • Garlic

    7 tooth

  • Mustard

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Intestine

    4 piece

  • Curry

With legs to cut the meat. Separately to remove the fat and skin.(I had 6 medium chicken legs ).

Prepared intestine(cleaned the gut I did not like... pleasant enough,but it's worth it)stuffed with minced pork, using a special nozzle.Tie the ends and put on baking tray.

Put in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Take out and lightly pierce the sausages with a needle(that would not burst).

Bake until it will turn brown...

Let cool and spread on a plate!
