Cooking
In a saucepan (do not wash after used test) pour the flour,salt,honey,yeast,oat flakes,pour warm water,mix thoroughly,cover and let stand in warm for 2-3 hours,then put into the refrigerator,where the dough can be from 3 hours to 10 days(for aging)
This was the dough after 3-day aging,sprinkle it with flour,divide in half(1/2 of the dough is for a single loaf of bread) to dip hands in flour and gently (constantly dipping hands in flour) shape the ball(crushing the dough with your hands under the bottom),then give it an elongated shape.
Baking bread greased with oil and spread in cereal preparation,cover with a towel and leave for one hour(dough is suitable not much),preheat the oven to 200 grams C.
The surface of the bread lubricated with starch coating and you can sprinkle flax seed,sesame seeds(I'm not covered),put in preheated oven,in the pot under the forms of bread splash of boiling water(carefully) for steam and bake 50-60 minutes(I baked for 65 minutes(need to check with a dry stick) and here is the result.
