Cooking

step-0
All really simple. First carrot! Grate it on a grater for Korean carrot. Oil, soy sauce and vinegar mix and pour over carrots. Leave for 15 minutes to marinate.
step-1
Broccoli to boil. I cooked a couple in my dear assistant, multivari of CCE. Then broccoli and finely chop. Know that it is harmful, but to cook with large inflorescences will not work.
step-2
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
step-3
Now the fish is. I took the jar konservirovannoy salmon. If you wish, you can, of course, fresh fish boil. In General, mash it with a fork smaller.
step-4
And now we mix it all together:fish, broccoli, cheese, carrots and grapes. Grapes are is better to take smaller, to not have to cut and definitely sweet. It is awesome combined with the other ingredients.
step-5
Now formed, in fact, a snack:)We need dried seaweed, the kind used to make sushi rolls. My mistake-I took small leaves, and would not hurt a little more. I had to turn in 2 pieces, so not much got wet. In General on a cabbage leaf put a spoonful of the resulting salad;if I have a small leaves, then put the overlap of the second leaf and turn. Fasten with skewer or toothpick.
step-6
That's all! You can decorate according to your desire and serve (better).
step-7
I on the skewers even on the grape plot. To be honest, just love the combination of fruits, meat/fish, specifically the mix of grapes was very impressed. Try at least to prepare this thing in a salad. I'm sure you will not regret!
