Description
Manna is a cake of semolina, only semolina is not felt. It is very tasty, with chunks of marmalade, raisins, cherries and poppy seeds. Try it and you will love it. Forest, just tower painted, Purple, gold, crimson, Cheerful, colorful wall Is over bright clearing. Birch yellow thread Glisten in the azure blue As the tower, Christmas trees darken, And between the maples turning blue here and there in the foliage through the Gaps in nobo that little window. The forest smells of oak and pine, Over the summer it dried up from the sun, And Fall quiet a widow Comes into your motley tower... Ivan Bunin.

Cooking
In a deep container, pour the yogurt.
All good stir and leave to swell for about 5-6 hours.
After the dough is well bulk up, it should be divided into two parts. In one part I added the poppy.
And the other part is the raisins.
All this should stand for about 30 minutes. And only then add the marmalade, chopped into small pieces.
The dough with raisins and marmalade add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda.
And also soda and butter added to the batter with poppy seeds and it all mix well. Take the form, grease it with margarine. On the bottom of the form first spread the dough with marmalade and raisins.
Then gently distribute the berries.
And the last layer spread the dough with poppy seeds. All of this put into a pre heated oven for about 30-40 minutes.
After the manna has cooled, you can sprinkle sugar powder. Enjoy your tea!
