Bigus mushroom
Bigus - a traditional Polish, Lithuanian and Belarusian cuisine dish. And it comes in handy for lent. Unique aroma and taste gives the dish a celery root. Variants of preparation Bigus — a lot. Offer one of them for the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    250 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Celery root

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Mushrooms wash, cut into thin plates.

Cabbage finely chop.

Mushrooms saute in a small amount of water about 5 min. celery crushed.

Add the cabbage and celery to the mushrooms.

Tomato paste and onion fry with a small amount of flour, put in the mushrooms.

Simmer on low heat for 15 min.

5 minutes until cooked add salt, pepper and Bay leaf.
