On a greased table to roll out thawed puff pastry in one direction. To anoint with beaten egg, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and sugar.
The two ends evenly roll up the dough against each other. Coat with the egg.
On the back side to cut the swirls with a thickness of 8 mm.
Lay on a dry baking sheet and brush with egg. Bake in preheated duhoki at 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
Here are the swirls in the finished form. Still hot to remove with a spatula from the sheet and if desired sprinkle with powdered sugar.
