Dear cooks, I suggest the salad "Branded Omsk" of retro recipes. Don't know about You, but I hadn't prepared salads with radish. And a very good reason! It contains a lot of vitamin B1, which is responsible for the normal functioning of the endocrine and nervous systems, as well as vitamin B2, important for maintaining the growth of the body, building tissue, and maintaining the view. Radish root is rich in nicotinic acid (vitamin PP), which is involved in increasing resistance to stress and strengthening the immune system. The leaves and peel contain essential oil, vitamin C, amino acids, carotene, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, sulfur. The salad is simple to prepare and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    200 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Radish

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

In a salad bowl place the radish, onion and pork. Salt, pepper to taste and mayonnaise. I don't really like mayonnaise, so spreading the mayonnaise with sour cream in equal shares. But it's a matter of taste.
