Delicious and quick to prepare dish. Often experiment with potato "test", here's another option. I served the pie with a pair of Hinkali prescription ELMIRA/ Limerock, thank you very much!

Cooking
potatoes clean and boil.Cook the puree,with the addition of 1 egg and a tablespoon(heaped) of flour or semolina.
boil 4 eggs,peel and finely chop,add to the onions,mix well.
wet a towel or napkin to put the mashed potatoes and flatten with a thickness of 2 cm.
on the cake spread the filling(egg+onions)
the pie roll roll,helping himself with a towel.Taking both ends of the napkin,place the pie on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil seam side down.To brush with egg.
bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees 25-30 minutes. The pie should be well browned.
