Nuts grind in a blender not very finely.
For caramel in a pan with a thick bottom pour the sugar. Immediately prepare the butter and cream.
Heat the sugar over medium heat until dissolved. Got this dark, thick mass. Mass not stir, if the sugar will melt unevenly, then tilt the pan in one direction and then the other.
Once all the sugar has melted, add the butter, stir and a thin stream pour in the cream. Such a smooth homogeneous mass is obtained.
Add walnuts, cranberries.
The resulting mass is put into molds for candies and refrigerate for a few hours.
For the ganache heated cream and add chocolate pieces.
Actively stir until a smooth homogeneous mass. Spread half a tablespoon of ganache onto each candy. Put them in the freezer for a couple of hours. Candy is served chilled.
