Cooking
Filaki to cut along, but not until the end, and so, to be able to put a "heart".
To beat lightly, season with salt and pepper.
Beat eggs with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

They brown (missed a bit more tan...).
Spread the mold with foil, brush with oil (not pouring, namely to lubricate).
Stacked rolls, dripping a little water, cover the second part of the foil. bake 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
