Cabbage in Chinese
Honestly, I'm not sure that cooked cabbage in China, just found the recipe with the same name and made. Very good side dish to meat dishes. For this recipe you can cook Beijing, a young Savoy or green cabbage.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cabbage leaves (I Beijing) cut across wide stripes. Drop into boiling salted water and weld for 2-3 minutes.

Drain liquid, rinse the cabbage with cold water and drain in a colander to drain any excess water.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the cabbage on high heat for a minute. Season with nutmeg and other spices. Serve hot.
