My Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is a very popular dish in America. My husband loves when I cook this dish. He is very proud that this dish came up with the Odessa, and I am originally from Odessa.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    800 g

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato juice

    1 cup

  • Broth

    1 cup

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Chop very finely meat plastinkami, about 1x2 cm

Onions cut thin half-rings.

Boil and chop the mushrooms.

Meat with onions fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Add the mushrooms and all the deep fried, add a little broth, pepper, salt and leave to stew on a slow fire until tender meat.

On a dry pan, stir fry the flour until Golden brown.

Mix the flour with the broth.

Add tomato juice, sour cream and mix well. Pour the meat with the mushrooms and simmer 10 minutes.
