Cooking

step-0
I usually start by weighing the required amount of flour, and in this case three of a kind, one in a large measuring Cup. Then mix and sift. Flour saturated with oxygen.
step-1
Load ingredients into the bucket of CPS in the manner prescribed by the manufacturer. In my case, the fluid first, then bulk. On top of the flour I yeast.
step-2
Set the bucket in HP. Install the program. I baked the main, weight - 900 g, crust color - dark (we love them), but you can average. And we start!!! Do not forget to adjust the gingerbread man!
step-3
In three hours get a great bread! Leave it on the grill, covering with a towel until cool.
step-4
Here is a breakdown of our buckwheat bread! Ah, what flavor!!! Wonderful buckwheat flavor. Crisp. Buhanka is not very high and flat top.
step-5
This bread is perfect for cold soups. And very fine slices of Golden brown in the toaster. Bon appétit!!!
step-6
I waited for daughter in the metro, it started raining. And next to a bookstore. I am in it and looked in. Walked through the book racks and stopped in the "recipes". This little booklet immediately caught my eye, flipped. On the plain, without pictures, paper dark. But recipes was interested from the first page. And when he looked at the price, I decided what is there to think about it. In many recipes baked wonderful bread! But this recipe I decided to share with You! I would be very glad if anyone of Chefs will prepare this flavorful bread!
