While my son was studying, I worked in an Orthodox school. A. Nevsky. In the kitchen there ran Luba - the chef is from God. Students she fed delicious, homemade food. And what baked cakes, muffins!!! Luba generously shared their recipes. During post work, she added. The fact that not all children and teachers fasted. She cooked vegetable and fast food. But her lean price not refused by anybody. And at the first change to the window of the hand was a queue. This gingerbread based on her recipe. I slightly changed it. Cooking
Brewing tea with hot water. Mix with the honey. Add the vegetable oil, mix well. Cool.
Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, cocoa and spices. Pour honey-oil mixture and stir.
Pear wash, dry, peel and remove seed pods. One diced and the other sliced.
Diced pear stir into the dough. Shape with a diameter of 22 cm to grease with oil, put the dough on the dough spread slices of pear and place in preheated oven.
Bake at 180C until dry toothpick (about 35 minutes). Cool 10 minutes in pan, then on wire rack.
