Flax baguettes
Flax baguettes useful and... beautiful. As they are simple to prepare, and so delicious.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Flour flax

    200 g

  • Water

    480 ml

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Flax seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Linseed oil

    1 Tbsp

In warm water add salt, sifted wheat and flax flour, yeast, flax seeds.

Knead the dough. Mix thoroughly, otherwise the finished product may be kept dry flour. Easier to do this in a food processor or bread machine. When kneading by hand, grease the hands of vegetable oil.

In a greased bowl put the dough, cover with cling film and leave it for 2 hours in a warm place. Here is the dough after 1 hour.

And here it is after 2 hours. Yeast work well.

To probility the table with flour, take the dough, punch down and divide into 3 parts, 350 p. formed into baguettes, place them on the delay in baetica, or fabric, grated flour. Cover with foil and in a warm place.

To turn on the oven, heat to 240 degrees. Rasstavleny to nadsech baguettes with a sharp knife (blade). Sent in a heated oven. The first 10 minutes bake with steam at 240 degrees.

Then reduce heat to 200 degrees, remove steam and food processor to the dry splinter, it's still 20 - 25 minutes. Finished baguettes cool on a wire rack under a linen towel.
