Description
Love beet burgers, I usually fried them in a pan in butter, or baked in the oven in a muffin pan. And after cooking the hash Browns in the waffle iron, and decided to try to bake this way. Turned out no worse delicious and beautiful! Serve with vegetable mayonnaise and green onions! Very tasty!

Cooking
Beets baked or boiled until cooked. Cool. RUB on medium or fine grater.
Add semolina, water, squeeze through garlic press. Add salt and pepper to taste mix well. let stand for about 40 minutes.
Add flour, sunflower oil and mix well.
The waffle iron to heat up. Beet to distribute the weight evenly across the surface. Bake in the waffle iron (for waffles Vienna) 7-8 minutes.
If you are afraid that the batter will stick, then grease the waffle iron with oil. Waffles I have made a mesh of a meatless homemade mayonnaise! We got two cakes and 8 waffles.
