Cherry-cheese souffle with chocolate pancakes
Have you ever tried to wrap a pancake soufflé? I've not tried it and so wanted to catch up. I usually bake the traditional pancakes. And then the chocolate pancakes, and dessert incredibly delicious. Delicate souffle with cherries, drizzled in dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    170 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Beer

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    25 ml

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Cheese curd

    150 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    5 g

  • Cherry

    300 g

Mix milk, beer, eggs, sugar, vegetable oil Oleina and melted butter. Beat until the sugar is dissolved.

For the filling, mix the yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese with sugar, mix and put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes. The amount of sugar can be increased if you like it sweeter, or if the berry will be sour.

Honey and swollen gelatin to heat up in the microwave 20 seconds or in a water bath until dissolved gelatin.

Honey-gelatin mixture to mix with the curd basis. Mix well.

Add the cherries. In this case, the cherries are defrosted in advance. A few berries to leave for decoration.
