In General I'm a big fan of Georgian cuisine, and that really reached my hands up to this gorgeous dish! Personally for me, there is no tastier chicken than this! And the flavor... eat up, Everyone.

Cooking
To start prepare the chicken. I buy it already like this. If you have he's not cut, then give the chicken a form themselves. It is not very difficult. Make a cut along the middle of the breast and rasplatita chicken skin on top. Rinse and dry with paper towels.
RUB our chicken with salt, pepper and spices on both sides. Let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Preheat the pan with vegetable oil and put our chicken skin-side down. Fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, that would form a Golden crust.
Here is the chicken after frying for 2-3 minutes.
As soon as we fry from two sides of chicken, reduce the fire almost to low and put the top weight. Each side and fry on low heat under load for 20 minutes. How I do it - getting a full kettle of water and take a plate slightly less diameter than the pan. Cover the chicken dish and put on top of the kettle.
Here's a nice chick we got after 20 minutes under load. Now carefully put the chicken on a plate. This we do in order to make the sauce.
In the same pan where we fried the chicken we are making the sauce. To do this, press out the garlic, fry for a few seconds. Add the butter. Add the flour and mix everything to avoid lumps.
Add milk. All mix is just starting to thicken the sauce, turn off. Sauce if desired, salt may be added.
Drop into sauce of our chicken and sprinkle all with cilantro.
