Description
On Valentine's day, I propose to prepare a pleasant in all respects a pumpkin mousse with coconut biscuits and whipped cream. The mousse has a distinct spicy and the rum taste, so just perfect for a cold time of year, and this is the time we celebrate Valentine's day. Valentine. Girls, this is my 200th recipe! Yay!

Cooking
Products. In the cooking process, I decided to use just one egg (one yolk), pumpkin puree, frozen (cooked myself), it is easy to prepare and just before cooking, enough slices of pumpkin stew in a little water until soft and blend.
Pour the rum and gelatin dissolve in a water bath.
Combine pumpkin puree and both sugars, mix.
Add to the mashed potatoes one egg yolk, mix.
Hereinafter, the zest from half an orange.
For flavor very well add cinnamon and nutmeg and a pinch of salt, enter the gelatin with the rum, mix again.
Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks.
And again the whole mass is thoroughly mixed.
Crumble cookies, slices are not small.
Whipped cream for the cream, too, until stiff peaks.
Dessert can be assembled. At the bottom of tall glasses spread the pumpkin mousse, then a layer of cookies, whipped cream and so alternating to the top of the glass.
To cool and of consistency to send on a shelf in the fridge for 1.5-2 hours (I took into account this time, although the actual dessert ready in 30 minutes). Decorate and serve with a slice of orange, if you want to sprinkle a few drops of orange juice.
