Radish salad with sesame seeds
A delicious salad perfect for any garnish and meat.

Ingredients

  • Radishes

    280 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Seeds

    3 Tbsp

Scrub the radishes on a coarse grater in a food processor.

Tucked soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, sunflower and sesame oil. Put sugar in. If desired, add salt. I didn't put enough soy sauce, it is salty. The salad is well mixed, closed with plastic wrap and put that hour in the refrigerator.

Fried until Golden brown sesame seeds.

An hour later, the salad mixed and laid out on portions. The top is sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Radish is well soaked with all the flavors and aromas. ( The radish you can put everything what you like and allow time to soak.) Juicy and delicious.
