Cooking
Rice "bubble mix" from TM "Mistral" (with the addition of wild rice), cook according to instructions; for the filling of the pie will need about 1 Cup of cooked rice. Cheese and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Chop the onion and parsley. Sauté onions in small amount of vegetable oil until transparent. Add defrosted spinach (can be fresh), chives and parsley, and heat.
Mix rice and cheese mixture and slightly cooled greens. If the stuffing seems dry, you can add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream.
The dough defrosted. Forming the pies is better on parchment for baking. Each plate roll out to approximately 28х33 cm (to increase the area by half). The edge of the plate to be cut into strips of 3 cm width. In the middle put the stuffing. Every two strips of dough to tie the knot, smoothing the ends to one side (for the idea of forming thank Gulnara Zakirov).
