Hello, I want to offer you not a complicated starter. This form of filing in small glasses (verinag) - very common in France during the aperitif (buffet). I invite you to try Warren with avocado, cheese and smoked salmon. Very good combination!

Cooking
Warren with fish. 1 layer. Avocado (2 pieces) mashed with a fork, if there small pieces, do not worry. Add olive oil (1 tbsp), lemon juice (1 tsp), salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
2 layer. Cottage cheese (250 grams) mash them with a fork, add sour cream (2 tbsp), salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
3 layer. Fish (100 g) finely chop. Folded layers in Warren (I have 4 PCs 100 ml) in this order - avocado, cheese, fish. You can decorate with greens.
