Cooking
Gelatin pour milk and leave to swell for 15 minutes.
In a saucepan, mix the cheese, sour cream, vanilla and brown cane sugar TM Mistral.
Cottage cheese beat well with a mixer to dissolve the sugar.
Grapes wash and cut into 4 pieces each. Remove seeds.
Gelatin soaked in milk heated over a fire until dissolved, but do not boil!
Gelatin in a thin stream to pour in curds and beat well. Then add the grapes, stir and pour into mold. Place in refrigerator for 4-5 hours to solidify.
Dessert easy to get out of shape if you drop it for a few seconds in hot water. Bon appetit!
