  • Coconut shavings

    100 g

  • Raisins

    75 g

  • Cashews

    75 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Butter

    40 g

Soak raisins, peel the carrot and grate on a fine grater. In a deep frying pan with butter fry the cashews, then when they have cooled chop them coarsely

In a clean pan put the carrots and coconut, fry for 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally.

Add sugar and heat for another 10 minutes, stirring all the time.

Add nuts, raisins, stir and remove from heat.
