Salad with red beans and tomatoes
Just imagine: a fresh tomato salad, seasoned with olive oil, fresh Basil leaves and tender canned red beans... Delicious salad is very high in protein (thanks to the beans).

Ingredients

  • Beans

    450 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Basil

    3 sprig

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

With beans drain the liquid. Put in a salad bowl.

Tomatoes wash, dry, cut into large cubes. Onion peel and cut into thin half-rings. With sprigs of Basil to separate the leaves, tear with your hands or leave whole.

Stir, add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, add olive oil, mix well.

Leave for 10 minutes to brew and you can enjoy!
