Description
"OSAGO" - the name of this sauce in Spanish. Mysteriously, right? Very flavorful and delicious.

Cooking
For this dish I really like Jasmine rice, boil until tender. It is very crumbly and would be fine obwolakiwatee sauce, ready to use.
Onions coarsely chop, fry in a little olive oil, add chopped garlic.
Olives clear from the pits, it is easy to do just by pressing the flat part of the knife on the whole olive, coarsely chop. Mini-maize cut into 3-4 pieces.
In the pan with the onions and garlic add half a tin of tomatoes.
Spread olives and corn, stir, add salt to taste and chili. If it turns out too thick consistency, you can add a little water and stew for 5 minutes.
On a plate spread the rice thickly, and cover with the sauce. Of course to complement the dish any meat, and it turns vegetarian (or vegan) option. Bon appetit!
