Apple-banana cake with a soft meringue
This is my 100th recipe!!! So pleased with my achievement. Decided to bake here's a delicious and delicate pie. I thank all chefs for the kind comments on my recipes. And of course invite for tea! Help yourself, enough for all!!!))

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Beat the yolks with sugar.

Margarine to grind flour crumbs.

To the crumbs add the egg yolks, bicarbonate of soda, slaked vinegar.

Spread the dough in a detachable form for baking.

Apple RUB on a coarse grater, banana cut into circles. Spread the dough on the apples, then bananas.

Egg protein vzbit with a glass of sugar until stiff peaks. And put over fruit.

Put in preheated oven on a small fire and bake before Browning the meringue. I have baked about 30-40 minutes.
