Sea cocktail on the potatoes
Seafood is a source of protein and iodine, essential minerals and amino acids we need in the post. I represent to Your attention a hot snack fried potato and seafood in tomato sauce. It's quick and easy. Try it ;) the idea of the recipe from the book "School deli. Quick recipes."

Ingredients

  • Herring

    180 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Tomato sauce

    50 ml

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Potatoes

    250 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Garlic finely chop, fry in 2 tbsp oil for 30 seconds. Add the seafood mix and fry until excess liquid is evaporated.

Pour tomato sauce and lemon juice, simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat, leave in a warm place.

Peel the potatoes, cut into thin strips, dry on paper towel, sprinkle with starch, mix well.

Fry potatoes in 2 tbsp of the remaining vegetable oil on both sides until it will turn brown for 2-3 minutes on each side.

The finished pellet gently lay on a paper towel.

In the seafood mix add the chopped herbs, mix well.

Potatoes "Pai" put on a plate, on top add 1-1,5 tbsp. seafood cocktail sauce Garnish with greens and serve. Before serving you can reheat the dish in the oven or microwave.
