Salad with corn and beets
Lean, hearty vegetable salad.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Corn

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Dill

With a sharp knife, slice the beets long strips. I used a knife with a pattern for cutting test.

Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces.

Cucumber rinse with water, cut into slices. Each slice cut into 4 parts.

All ingredients, add canned corn and mix up the salad. Add Kikkoman soy sauce to taste, if you do not have the saltiness of soy sauce, then add salt. Pour the salad with vegetable oil and stir. The salad is ready and it can bring to the table. Decorate top of salad with chopped dill. Bon appetit!
