Slotki with cream cheese and cranberry sauce Darbo
Cottage cheese with cranberry sauce Darbo - magical combination! So I decided to make slotki with cream cheese and cranberry Sousse. Slotki will be in the form of "rosettes", which makes this dish very interesting and beautiful.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    400 g

  • Berry sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare all the products. For baking I need baking paper (or parchment).

Make the filling for loanok. In a bowl put curd, sugar and cranberry sauce Darbo.

Mix thoroughly.

Puff pastry, slightly rolled out on the table (sprinkle it with flour). I cut it with a sharp knife into squares measuring 10 by 10 cm.

On each piece make the cut towards the center, but not completely. As in the photo.

In the center of a square of dough I put in 1.5 tsp of the stuffing. Form a "rosette". Alternately lift the triangles sides, wrap them around the filling, samipya in the base area. You can cut the "petals", to make it prettier.

In the end it should be "rose".

Stack slotki on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper.

Brush the petals "roses" slightly beaten egg yolk. The pan put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Total baking time 45 minutes. After 15 minutes reduce the temperature to 160 degrees.
