I want to offer simple in execution recipe steam meatballs of salmon and couscous. It is not those ordinary meatballs, which are modestly lie close to the side dish or float in the soup. Cooking
Take the fish, remove the skin, remove the bones and cut it into fillets. Cut into small pieces.
The salmon pieces in a blender grind the meat, add the thyme and stir.
For the preparation of fish balls I have used millet wheat couscous TM "Mistral". Couscous to cook as recommended on the package.
Add in the mince and couscous, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. All mix well.
Of minced meat formed the meatballs and cook for a couple 15 minutes.
