Cooking
Sift flour and mix with yeast. In warm water mix sugar and salt. Mix all together in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Cover with a towel and leave to rise. The dough should increase 2 times. I did the kneading in the bread maker.
Divide the dough into 4 parts. To form the tortillas, cover with a towel and allow to rise for another 15 minutes.
Heat the oven to 210 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Transfer the cakes to make them deepening fingers or strips (a pizza cutter).
Beat egg yolk with 1 tbsp water, brush the scones and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 10 -15 minutes until Golden brown. Bon appetit!!!
