Puffs with peach mousse
Puff!! Who doesn't love these delicious puffs! On the website I found 100 of options. Therefore, surprise you will not be easy! But I'll try. So, I combined two recipes, it turned out well. So I decided to share with you.

Ingredients

  • Orange

So, first, make the filling. We need this here mousse (puree). You can take any Apple, orange. I had a peach. Add to it the starch, and brown sugar. I have a Mistral. If you take Apple sauce, then sugar to add.

Now you need the juice from two oranges, I have clementines. You can take Apple juice natural. It is approximately 120 ml. Add the juice, all mix up well and put on a slow fire.
