Cooking

step-0
The dough I have in the softened margarine, add sugar (you can take more, I put only 2 tablespoons, as the shells are very sweet filling), egg, vanilla, sour cream and hydrated soda, corn starch (you can substitute potato) and flour (might be slightly less). Should be soft, pliable dough that leaves at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator. You can use your favorite recipe of shortcrust pastry.
step-1
Roll the dough 2-3 mm thick, cut out circles. I had a mug with a diameter of 10 cm was VERY large shells! Cut into circles along the radius. I for greater beauty cut more narrow sector, which then turned the snail, but this is entirely optional.
step-2
Starting from the incision to prioraty circle fan-shaped.
step-3
Rakushechki bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on size.
step-4
Melt in the microwave chocolate and cream.
step-5
Apply with a brush on half of the shells semblance of annual rings :). It will be the upper halves of the "clam".
step-6
Second half sinks to smear chocolate on the inside, put a slice of pink marshmallow (the"mantle" of clam), put the pearl (best suited for the role of cranberry in the Sahara, but it'll do and glazed nuts, and jelly beans).
step-7
Coat the edge of the shell the same chocolate to cover the top halves. They should lie down for half an hour to get it all soaked and stuck together.
step-8
Here such turned out of the shell. I would be glad if someone come in handy.
