The Breakfast rolls
Very tasty rolls with a crispy crust and tender crumb. A recipe, authored by elenawait, was taken by me from a gourmet magazine. Big thanks to her!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Water

    1630 ml

  • Milk

    130 ml

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    3 Tbsp

  • Mac

  • Sesame

  • Sunflower seeds

In a saucepan heat the water and dissolve in it the butter (margarine), then pour in the milk. To this mixture add the yeast and stir thoroughly.

In a bowl sift the flour with the salt, then gradually pour in the warm milk mixture and oil. Knead elastic dough, put in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

When the dough will increase in volume twice, divide it into 12 equal parts. Any form bun: round, oval braided or flagella.

In a wide saucepan, bring water to a boil and stir in soda (need to be careful, because the water will start foaming). Next, the rolls should be immersed in the boiling solution for 5 seconds and get a skimmer. After "bathing" rolls to put on with paper baking sheet.

Rolls sprinkle sesame seeds, poppy seeds and bake in the oven preheated to 160 degrees for about 25-35 minutes.
