Delicious, hearty, sturdy, real pecan pie. Plenty of juicy meat filling, a little test... Real man stuff! Although I don't know any woman who would refuse a piece of that pie. With sweet tea, milk, broth or with vegetable salad. A hearty Breakfast, a full lunch or dinner is good in any capacity. Help yourself.

Sauerkraut gently squeeze from the brine and put on medium heat until all the liquid evaporates, stirring constantly.

Softened butter (I use butter TM "Ekomilk" to 82.5%) mixed with eggs of small size (C2), salt and sugar. Complete uniformity cannot be achieved, it is necessary, just enough to combine the ingredients.
Pour the beer and pouring parts of the sifted with the baking powder and flour, knead the dough. Interfere with first a shovel, and when the dough start to come together, to work with his hands.
You should get smooth and elastic dough, the feel is softer and more pliable than regular sand. Roll the dough into a ball and remove for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Divide the dough into two parts - 1/3 and 2/3. The smaller goes on the "lid" of the cake for decoration, large will be the basis. In the form (diameter 20 cm) to shell out a large half of the dough, evenly distribute it and make a fairly high sides on the edge of the form.
