Description
I really love the combination of beets and prunes. The dressing for this salad I decided to add plum sauce. It was very interesting.
Ingredients

Beets
1 piece

Goat cheese
50 g
-
Lettuce
50 g

Olive oil
3 Tbsp
-
Lemon juice
1 tsp
-
Sauce fruit
1 tsp

Salt
-
Black pepper
Cooking
1. For dressing mix oil. lemon juice. plum sauce, salt and pepper.
2. Beets clean, cut into slices, place on a plate. Pour most of the dressing.
3. Sprinkle the lettuce and cheese slices. From top to pour the rest of dressing. Bon appetit!
