Description
I had prepared this dessert the day before. We were just snowed all day. Cold, white and crystal winter does not want to give way to warm and bright spring. So wanted to prepare a dessert that reflects this duel, this dance of nature. A dessert called "Ice and flame!".

And again today dessert with cranberry and cherry jam D arbo. I really liked their combination. So, take cranberry, but not all, of for garnishing, and mix it with jam (all except for a couple tablespoons of that, too, will leave for later).
Gelatin soaked in half glass of water, waiting for the swelling (according to the instructions on the package) and heated to dissolve it. Mix with the yogurt.
Coconut fry until Golden brown in a dry pan. A nice smell from it, but I didn't.
All take glasses and begin to build the dessert. Fill layers: 1. berry mixture 2. yogurta mass.
The yogurt is best to pour the knife in a thin stream, otherwise it will start to mix with berries.
As I shook the cold berries, and mixed the gelatin with the cold yogurt, the dessert gradually begins to set the glass. But you can still remove the glasses for a few minutes in the cold.
Now take a wooden spatula/spoon and begin to create "flames" through the reverse end of the spoon on the walls from the bottom up.
Lifting the box top to bottom, can be top also to create a likeness of the pattern, although it will not be visible under the coconut shavings.
Mix the remaining berries with a couple spoons of jam.
On top sprinkle with toasted coconut and spread cranberry-cherry mixture.
