I again have a Lenten pie. And again one of the favorites in our family, however, so decorate it for the Holidays. Maybe useful to someone? A simple and delicious cake - help yourselves! The idea of decorating this cake took the Pillsbury LekaRu - THANK you!!!

Cooking
Corn flour, sugar and poppy seeds (this time I'm conducting an experiment and Mac pre-roasted. Let's change of taste) mix.
Pour this mixture in a glass of boiling water, stir and leave to stand for ~30 min.
Raisins to sort, wash and pour boiling water for steaming.
When poppy and corn flour a little raspalis (~30 min), add a pinch of salt, flour, vanilla and soda.
Add steamed raisins. Instead of raisins you can add an Apple (diced) or banana plug to stretch - also very tasty.
Vegetable oil, stir the dough.
Pour the batter into the pan with a parchment (or greased. I'm lazy, so the parchment, and remove easier).
Even out and put in preheated oven.
While the pie is in the oven, get compote with peaches and cut into slices.
In the pan put the peeled seeds and slightly roast them.
Add the honey, stir and turn off the burner.
It took ~ 20 - 25 minutes. Heed the cake out of the oven. He's still inside is not cooked, but the top has a thick crust.
And begin to lay out slices of peaches.
And in the middle of a spread sunflower seeds (sorry for the awful pictures).
Even out and put in the oven to topcats at ~10 - 15 minutes.
A bit of peach compote (~75 ml) pour into a saucepan, add 1/4 tsp of agar-agar (or pectin), mixed and warmed on the fire (can not be boiled). If there are no such ingredients it is possible to do a sweet syrup (or sugar or honey) or gelatin. Jelly like this need to get our peaches after baking was glossy.
Get the cake out of the oven (in the photos may not be visible, but believe me - peach matte).
Gently lubricates the peaches warm syrup.
Put the pie on a dish (I like parchment!!!) and cut the corners of the parchment.
