Skewers of hearts in mustard and honey marinade
The hearts came out very tasty and juicy! And, thanks to a spicy marinade, with a mustard taste and a faint scent of honey, the dish is unforgettable!

Ingredients

  • The pie

    0.5 kg

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Pour soy sauce into the Cup.

Add the mustard, grind.

Pour the wine and add honey. Mix well.

Hearts rinse with cold water thoroughly and

Marinate 6 hours, preferably overnight, stirring as often as possible.

Marinated hearts strung on skewers, allow to drain, and putting it on the grill, bake in preheated oven to 200C for about 15 minutes. The time and degree customize it to the oven and the size of the hearts are different. Will not overdry it!
