In a pot add the ingredients for preparing the dough for homemade noodles. First I put salt + sugar.
Then, I added milk. The milk broke eggs.
With a mixer I mixed all of the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.
Then, gradually add the flour: add all one glass and immediately stir with a mixer. You need everything very carefully stir and break the lumps.
As soon as we add flour, our dough starts to become thick. Then I start to mix the dough with your hands, and gradually pour flour.
Knead the dough so that it doesn't stick to hands, and behind the sides of the pan, so that it can be easy to form a ball, then this ball was easy to work with.
This recipe goes somewhere 4-5 cups of flour. In the ingredients I pointed out, 4.5 Cup if the dough is not firm enough, the flour will pour. After the dough is made, it is possible to give a little rest, and myself, too! Well, you can just make homemade noodles.
In my Arsenal of kitchen appliances is the mechanical machine, which is called "Restorestate", brands of such machines very much, but the principle is the same. This car turns a lot of noodles, and most importantly it saves a lot of time. Noodles always turns out the same and very very thin and beautiful. From the basic piece of test, you must pinch off a small piece (about a palm), slightly flatten with hands and place in this mechanical machine for rolling dough.
The machine has several modes of rolling dough, the first dough is rolled out quite a bit, and leaves a fairly thick layer, but as soon as I switch it on different modes, then the dough is rolled out gradually, and become very long, and its thickness is 0,5 mm. the Machine need to turn the handle manually, as before spinning mechanical grinder.

After the noodles dry, I break down and put in a deep plastic bucket (10l.) storage.
I always make a lot of homemade pasta, respectively, do not buy store-bought pasta. This bucket I kept about 3-4 months, then I make new noodles. This machine greatly facilitates the process of making noodles that allows you to cook noodles for 3-4 months, I also have an extra attachment for making ravioli, homemade ravioli but I'll show you another recipe!
A bucket of homemade noodles I keep on the balcony in the closet. Bucket cover with gauze folded in 2 layers. Winter warmth on the balcony, so I can store it there. The storage room should be dry, ventilated, and be at room temperature
