Muesli with prunes and raisins
Tasty, easy, healthy and hearty Breakfast or snack!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Cereals buckwheat

    2 Tbsp

  • Flakes cereal

    2 Tbsp

  • Hazelnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Prunes

    8 piece

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Cereal pour into a deep bowl.

Add the hazelnuts, raisins, prunes cut into strips and nuts in honey 1 tbsp

The sugar is mixed with honey and vegetable oil. Put on low heat and warm until the sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. DO NOT BOIL!

The syrup is ready, pour the cereal with the nuts, mix well.

Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment, evenly. Bake in preheated to 170 degrees oven for 10-20 minutes. Cool. Stuck together pieces to break with a hammer or rolling pin.

Serve with milk, yogurt or kefir. Bon appetit!
