Rice pudding with cherries and meringue
The combination of sweet and sour cherries with a slightly sweet, delicate ground rice and sweet meringue... bliss! This is a recipe from my very old cooking subscription, "a Collection of world cuisine", and it's not bugging me as soon as I saw it. The original dessert prepared with lemon jam, and so did I. Well, do you suggest to try it with cherries!
