Description
Reading the description, I thought - well, cheesecake, nothing special. Still, the recipe did not give me a couple of days, in the end, curiosity won out. The result was a surprise: gentle, sweet souffle! Pretty simple recipe for Breakfast or an afternoon snack. Fans of cheese - welcome! For the recipe thank you Faith Bekirova (Vkontakte).

Cooking
We will need cheese, I usually use lean 1.8-5% max. Also, it should not be too wet. Cheese is usually a little "punch" with a potato masher for potato puree. You can do this in a blender with a nozzle "knife".
The yolks separated from the proteins and add to the cream cheese. Good beat with a mixer, about 3 minutes. Then add sour cream, condensed milk and vanilla (I have the essence from larika larik_malasha - smells amazing!). All this again mix well.
Marmalade cut into small pieces. I have apricot, and generally take any choice. Add to the curd.
Protein whisk, gradually adding sugar, until peaks. To better whipped the whites, I add a pinch of salt and drop of lemon juice. Very carefully, with a spoon, NOT a mixer, mix up the proteins in the cottage cheese.
Mass lay in a baking dish, previously sprinkled it lightly with flour. Put into the oven preheated to 175С. Down the oven put the form or skovorodko (without handles!) with water. Cook for about 30-40 minutes. First, the souffle will rise strongly, but then it settle a bit. Do not remove it immediately from the oven! Let stand for 15 minutes with door ajar.
Served chilled soufflé! In addition, you can pour jam, jam. I added blueberries, mashed with sugar. Very tasty combination! Due to the condensed milk souffle turns out pretty sweet. I liked it even more the second day.
