The profiteroles with hazelnuts
Little cakes with delicious taste. Kids just love them!!! Try it and you!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    95 g

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Hazelnuts

    150 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Brandy

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    215 ml

Prepare the necessary products

Prepare choux pastry. Melt the butter, add 215 ml of hot water and bring to a boil.

Sieve the flour and remove from heat, whisk mixture until thick. Add a pinch of salt, and all mix well.

Add beaten eggs and chopped hazelnuts. All mix well.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Vystelim a baking tray with baking paper and grease with sunflower oil. Two teaspoons (or using a pastry bag) of dough shape the meatballs and place them on a baking sheet. Put into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cakes will not become browned and crispy.

While puffs bake, prepare the cream. Whisk the cream to hold the shape, and mix them with powdered sugar and chopped nuts.

Share the profiteroles in half and spread on the lower part of the cream, the top part of the cover.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Melt the chocolate and butter. Add the honey and brown sugar. Before you remove chocolate sauce from heat, add 1-2 tablespoons brandy.

Pour cakes with hot sauce and sent out in the cold for 15 minutes.
